কিন্তু মনে রাখবেন নিজের সম্পর্কে বলতে গিয়ে নিজের ফ্যামিলি সম্পর্কে বেশি বলার দরকার নাই । নিজের নাম, ঠিকানা (গ্রাম, ডাকঘর, থানা, জেলা) বলতে শুরু করবেন না, এসব বোর্ড এর স্যাররা আগে থেকেই জানেন / আপনার স্যার্টিফিকেট এ দেওয়া থাকবেই, তাই বলার দরকার নাই। বংশ পরিচয় (তারা আপনার বংশ পরিচয় চায়না)। অপ্রয়োজনীয় কাহিনী বলতে শুরু করবেন না।
দেখুন আপনি খুব অল্প সময় পাবেন নিজেকে প্রমান করার জন্য তাই আপনি আপনার চাকরি সম্পর্কিত দক্ষতা তুলে ধরুন । যে পোস্টে আবেদন করছেন, সেই পোস্ট রিলেটেড কোয়ালিফিকেশন/কোয়ালিটি/এক্সপেরিয়েন্স গুলা বেশি বলার চেষ্টা করুন। ভাইভা বোর্ডের মেম্বার গণ সেটাই শুনতে চায়। আপনার প্রযুক্তিগত সাফল্য বা দক্ষতা থাকলে বলুন, ইন্টার্নশীপ, সম্মেলন, প্রকাশিত কাগজপত্র, প্রকল্পগুলি তাদের জানান । খুব বেশি বিবরণ দিয়ে ইন্টারভিউয়ারকে বিরক্ত করবেন না।
