Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the paints division across key markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders to expand market share.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and provide management with regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in any relevant field.

Open to Arabic nationalities.
At least 4 years sales management experience in the paints industry with strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with deep market knowledge in paints and coatings.
Valid UAE Driving License and own car are added advantage.

Depending on experience and qualifications with a competitive commission structure.
