Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives with proper risk mitigation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization such as wastage reduction
Ensure adherence to international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Open to European and CIS nationals
45 years old and below
Min 2 years’ experience as Ops head/Director/GM level in the industry of Shipping / Oil& Gas Shipping / Maritime Logistics.
