Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support to the  & WASH /Emergency response programme.
• Support to /WASH Project Officers, conduct needs assessments, infrastructure assessment, verification, and data collection to identify cases for WASH assistance in refugee camps and host communities.
• Prepare estimate, BoQ, and drawing of WASH infrastructure based on needs/ 
• Monitor the loading and offloading of WASH materials and verify materials meet technical specifications.  Ensure proper utilization of stock-out materials for repair/rehabilitation works.
• Provide direction, monitor assigned tasks, give instructions to daily workers (e.g. National and refugee CW), and evaluate individual performance. 
• Monitor the progress of activities of assigned daily workers and ensures they are implemented to planning and quality standards.
• Take part in the mobilization of refugee and host communities for awareness campaigns and for conducting research using focus group discussions, interviews, and questionnaires.
• Establish excellent relations with project participants including understanding the needs of beneficiaries through regular visits and frequent contact.
