Job Responsibilities

Source top AI talent using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and specialized networks, and act as the primary contact with headhunting agencies to coordinate candidate status and feedback.
Collaborate with hiring managers, screen for technical and cultural fit, develop sourcing strategies, track recruiting metrics, maintain ATS records, build long-term relationships with candidates, and stay updated on AI industry trends to keep recruitment strategies effective.
