Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

  • At least 1 year of solid experience in off-plan sales within UAE with strong understanding of the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Salary

  • AED: 3000 - 4000 (Monthly)

Additional Salary Info

Up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commissions.

Age

  • Max Age Limit : 40 Years

Others

Benefits: As per UAE labor law (visa, insurance and annual leave).
