Directly reporting to the CEO, you will be in charge of driving the Sales team in GCC and drive business development with various corporate segments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth across the Middle East region.
  • Target Corporate and Government sectors and grow existing accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and ensure successful product launches.

Skills

  • About 15+ years of experience selling Tech solutions
  • About 10+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong track record with System Integrator companies
  • Previous coverage of Corporate Segments in the GCC region.

Salary

  • Negotiable
