We are looking for a Procurement Manager to develop and implement effective procurement strategies for specialty food products, negotiating contracts with international suppliers. The role involves collaborating with various departments to align procurement activities with business objectives and driving continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for specialty food products to optimize purchasing processes.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with international suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely availability of products to meet customer demands.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong relationships to foster collaboration and innovation.Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with significant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the food or FMCG sectors.

Skills

  • Proficient in both Arabic and English, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing favorable terms with international suppliers.
  • Experience in multinational corporations, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex procurement environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and supplier performance for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on driving cost savings and continuous improvement in procurement processes.
