The Marketing Manager for our educational institution in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a crucial role designed for a seasoned professional with a passion for the education sector. This position requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing initiatives that effectively promote our international school and its programs. Job Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective students and parents to the school.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges within the education sector.
Manage the school's marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight the school's unique offerings.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and website content management.
Organize and participate in school events, open houses, and community outreach programs to foster relationships and promote enrollment.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, educational organizations, and community partners.
Lead the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
Stay informed about trends in the education sector and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Other Educational Qualification

Marketing management, preferably in the education sector.

Skills

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of the international school landscape and educational marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including parents, staff, and community members.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
