Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
Supervise maintenance staff, engineers, mechanics, and external contractors.
Prepare and manage annual maintenance budgets, and approve and track expenditures on parts, services, and equipment.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with international maritime regulations.

Open to Indian, Egyptian, Lebanese nationalities, Male, 50 years old & below
Proficient in budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and control expenditures.
Must have a background in dry dock, refit, and shipyard operations.
Experience working with superyachts, Mega yachts, or commercial vessels is an added advantage.
