2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities


The purpose of the assignment is to provide technical support to the Ministry of Economy and Finance to conduct child rights budget analysis of selected social ministries with consideration of child related CSDGs 2030 addressing 2022 UNCRC Concluding Observation Recommendations.

Educational Qualification

  • Masters degree in any discipline

Other Educational Qualification

  • Master’s degree in Development Economics, Public Policy, Public Finance Management (PFM), statistics or similar field

Skills

  • At least 8 years of solid experience in public finance management particularly in conducting budget analysis
  • Proven record of familiarity with Cambodian budget system and policy particularly programme budgeting
  • Excellent skills in working with a complex group of different stakeholders
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Experience in working with UNICEF and in the EAP region would be an asset
