Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that country ICT set up is implemented according to NRC policies, strategies, tools, and procedures.
• Manage performance and staff development of the members of the ICT unit in the Colombia operation.
• Compliance with and adherence to NRC policies, guidance and handbooks and donor/auditor requirements.
• Provide input on operational support to the Country office Plan of Action, and to coordinate and align operational support with programme and units plans at Colombia operation level.
• Responsible for guidance, support and capacity building to programme staff and line managers to ensure implementation of ICT policies, strategies, tools, and procedures across the country operation.
• Contribute to country programme development projects where ICT is relevant for the programmes, including budgets and reporting to partners according to deadlines and quality requirements.
