2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for F&B roles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding staff and conduct orientation for new staff.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Prepare and maintain company policies and SOPs, ensuring proper follow-up (new or updated) to benefit both the company and staff.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Skills

  • At least 1-2 years of HR UAE experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, HR best practices and candidate with experience from Alshaya Group is a plus.

Salary

  • Negotiable

Additional Salary Info

Uup to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Max Age Limit : 35 Years
