Oversee the pastry and bakery section, ensuring all products meet high quality, hygiene, and brand standards, and comply with food safety regulations.
Plan and coordinate daily pastry and dessert production, maintaining consistency and presentation across multi-unit operations.
Support the creation and introduction of new concepts and menus, working closely with management to innovate and enhance offerings.
Recruit, train, and develop bakery/pastry staff, monitor their performance, and ensure efficient daily operations.
Organize resources, maintain food and equipment standards, prioritize cost control, and ensure smooth running of all pastry preparation activities.

Bachelor’s degree from culinary arts school with focus on pastries, desserts, and bakery or equivalent.

Open to any nationalities
At least 7 years of experience in the same role, majority, and most recent experience preferably in Kuwait.
