Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, handle employee grievances, and mediate conflicts.
  • Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Compliance: Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems, and analyze HR metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, such as Workday, BambooHR, or ADP.

  • Recruitment and Hiring:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

  • HR Operations:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
    • Manage HR systems, including HRIS and performance management tools.
    • Provide HR data analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Job Title: Software Engineer
Job Description: Design, develop, and test software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall quality of the codebase.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Bonus Structure:

  • Annual performance-based bonus: 10% - 20% of annual salary
  • Stock options: 1,000 - 2,000 shares per year, vesting over a period of 4 years
