Oversees all financial, administrative, and operational aspects of Climate Ready BOSS, ensuring that the program operates efficiently, complies with legal and regulatory requirements, and adheres to donor and organizational policies.
Responsible for budget management, financial reporting, procurement, and human resources, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure fiscal discipline and operational excellence across the program.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred.

USAID experience preferred. At least 7 years of senior-level experience in financial management and administration within international development projects, with a preference for experience in CF or environmental programs.
Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities;
proficiency in financial software and administrative systems.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated intercultural fluency and understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultures, with experience working in the Pacific Islands required.
