2Pi-Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement country-level strategies in line with the company’s global goals.
  • Identify and seize growth opportunities in the UAE retail market (including store expansion, partnerships, and e-commerce).
  • Oversee local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and CRM strategies tailored to the UAE market.
  • Develop and manage the UAE P&L, budget planning, and cost controls.

Other Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field (MBA preferred), with a minimum of 10 years’ retail management experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the GCC.

Skills

  • Open to Arabic Speakers.
  • Proven track record in driving growth, profitability, and team performance, with strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Salary

  • Negotiable

Additional Salary Info

Up to 3,000 BHD depending on experience and qualifications.

Age

  • Max Age Limit : 45 Years
